80 westbound is slow from highway 880 for westbound. the drive time would normally be 19- 21 minutes. it is now 39 minutes. an extra 20 minutes have been added to the westbound drive. the richmond park we might save you a little time this morning although many of you are already starting to use that as an alternate. on the bay bridge because of those problems has been an unusually polite to ride. until a few minutes ago the metering lights have not been activated for the westbound commute however a stall just before the islands in the pullout is starting to slow things a bit. the metering lights might be about to turn on. >> i want to point out the

clear for some time. the residual slowing is still present. our hot spot is 80 westbound. the drive * are still higher than normal. this would be about a 21 minute commute on a normal monday westbound. it is now running 32 minutes. with a 10 minute extra drive time you will need that much more time but you will still not need to take an alternate route. the richmond parkway is already pretty heavy. we will thus save any time there. if you divert over highway 680 will take more time than if you just stay on 80 westbound. on the bay bridge toll plaza, the metering lights for only recently activated for the westbound right. we are just beginning to see a backup. the san mateo bridge has been backed up free. traffic is still running at 13 minutes. the golden gate bridge is still a problem free. so is the commute. there are no delays or

>> in redwood city, there are four middle school boys accused of sexually assaulting two girls during a field trip, that trial is starting today. san mateo county prosecutors say the boys are between the ages of 12-14, they are charged with lewd and lascivious acts on a person under the age of 14, sexual battery and false imprisonment. there is another boy who will face his charges separately in this case. >> the woman accused of -- >> the woman who accused dominique strauss-kahn of sexual assault says she wants him to go to jail. she alleges that he sexually assaulted her in may and she said she never wanted to be in the public eye but had no choice amid questions about her credibility. >> there have been a lot of cheers and tears across new york state as a gay marriage is a legal. a lot of people got in on the very first day that same-

witnesses have stepped forward. we do know that a 19 year-old man was shot in the back of the building. they have been investigating that area for several hours. he died at the scene. he was in the parking lot with an 18 year-old man. he was rushed to stanford hospital was not life-threatening injuries. at this time there is no motive behind the shootings or if the victim knew the shooter or shooters. at this time they are still collecting evidence. information on the suspects have not come forward. they hope that witnesses will come forward to give more information.

>> the two men accused in the beating of bryan still are said to face a judge today. they will appear for arraignment in an l.a. courtroom. there are both from rialto and accused of beating 42 year-old paramedic bryan stow after he attended the opening day game between the giants and dodgers on march 31st. the two were arrested last thursday and being held on half a million dollars bail. the man who confessed to the twin attacks that killed 93 people in norway on friday has been arraigned in court. he pleaded not guilty. a judge is deciding that he should remain in custody for eight weeks until his next hearing. you can see the aftermath of the attack and here is a picture of the attacker.

officials told us six people were on the bus including the driver and two of the victims. one victim was shot in the neck, the other in the hands. both were taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. police say the suspect was not on the bus. they describe them only as a black male. muni has released the video and given it to police. police are still looking for any witnesses. we will be right back.
